Q: What is your maximum capacity?

A: For events that are solely inside the Tudor House the maximum capacity is 50 guests.

A: For outdoor tented events the maximum capacity is 250 guests.

 

Q: Can we bring in our own caterer?

A: Yes! Although we have a great list of preferred vendors, you are free to choose your own licensed caterer.

Q: Can we supply our own alcohol?

A: Yes, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol. We have some great referrals for bartenders should you need some. Guests that provide their own alcohol must show day of liability insurance.  If your home-owners policy doesn't supply this you acquire it easily through a third party provider such as, wedsure.com or wedsafe.com

Q: Do you provide security for our event?

A: Yes, guests are required to have security at all events over 25 guests or with alcohol.  Don't worry, we will set that up for you!

Q: How early can we access the property day of the event?

A: Guests can access the grounds starting at 9am the day of the event.

Q: How late can events go at The Tudor House.

A: Outdoor events can go until 11:00pm.  Music and bar service for outdoor events has to end at 10:00pm due to local noise ordinances.

Q: Can we bring our boat to our event?

A: Yes, we are located on the beautiful Turkeyfoot Lake and have a courtesy dock for guests to use.

Q: Who do you use for event rentals?

A: Currently, we use Sully's Rentals for all of your event rental needs, including tenting.  We can assist you in all of your rental ordering.

Q: Do you have enough restrooms for people to use / Do we have to use porta-potties?

A: We are excited to announce that we will have a brand new outdoor restroom facility for 2022.

Q: What if we don't want to plan all of our wedding.  Do you offer any all-inclusive packages.  

A: Yes! We can give you a custom quote that can include, Catering, Rentals, DJ, Video, PhotoBooth, Lighting, Bartending and more!

Q: Can we customize our experience at the Tudor House or do you have a standard wedding package?

A: We have a large set of options to fully customize your event to really make the day reflect your tastes.  From exciting experience upgrades such as, antique boat send offs, s'more stations, day of massages, barber shave and clean ups, bourbon bars, coffee trucks, cigar stations, Ethiopian coffee ceremonies, lakeside yoga, mediations and so much more.  We can turn your event into an experience that your guests will remember for a long time.
