Facility Fee

Includes: Lakeside Reception Patio, Upper Patio, Bridal Rooms, Groom’s Room, House First Floor, Restroom Facility and more.
Facility fee includes 8 hours of exclusive use from guest arrival to guest departure.
Monday - Thursday $2,000
Friday $4,000
Saturday $6,000
Sunday $2,500
Holiday Sundays and Day before July 4th $4,000
Rental Package Fees
Required rental packages include tent, catering tent, bistro lighting, tables and chairs up to 225 guests
*based on guest count and subject to change. Starts at $1700.00

Additional Facility Hours $200 per hr
Security Officer Fee $50 per hr / per officer (only 1 required)
