At The Tudor House, we want to be not just a backdrop to your most important day, but an important part of your love story. Your family story. We want you to come back again and again, for important milestones or just to say hello. Because when you get married here, you become part of our story too.

Wedding Pricing

Facility Fee

Includes: Full Grounds, Bridal Rooms, Groom’s Room, House First Floor, Restrooms

Facility fee includes 8 hours of exclusive use from guest arrival to guest departure.

Rental Package Fees


Required rental packages include tent, catering tent, bistro lighting, tables and chairs up to 250 guests

*based on guest count and subject to change.  Starts at $1650.00

Misc Fees


                        Additional Facility Hours                                               $200 per (Sat)     $150 per (Fri/Sun)

                        Security Officer Fee                                                      $50 per hr / per officer (only 1 required)
